MeltPrep GmbH is specialized in lossless mg-to-gram-scale sample molding systems for thermoplastic materials. Its novel Vacuum Compression Molding (VCM) technology enables molding of homogeneous and defined samples with no air inclusions that can be produced directly from powdery material or pellets. It is a fast, straightforward, and lossless process designed to speed up your research. VCMs multiple applications also include different characterization methods such as rheology, DMTA testing, and solid-state analysis. Various sizes and shapes are available. The VCM Insert defines the cross-section of the sample, and the filling weight sets its thickness. We also offer tailor-made solutions to achieve your best research performance.
